30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Include original packaging and certificate (if applicable)
  • Not be custom or personalized items
  • Not be final sale items (marked as such at purchase)

How to Return

  1. Contact us at returns@albestatejewlery.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack item securely in original packaging
  4. Ship via provided label
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Contact us to arrange an exchange - we'll cover the shipping both ways!

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
